Privacy policy

How Arctore handles this, in plain language.

This policy explains what personal information Arctore collects through arctore.com, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. Arctore is based in Cairo, Egypt. For any privacy question, email info@arctore.com.

What we collect

When you fill in our contact form we collect your name, work email, company, country, the service you are interested in, your budget range and any message you write. We also record which page you came from and how you first reached the site, such as a search engine or a campaign link.

If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we keep that conversation so we can answer you.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your request and arrange a discovery call.
  • To prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
  • To understand which pages and channels bring us inquiries, so we can improve the site.
  • We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask us to.

Cookies and analytics

The site works without analytics cookies. If we turn on Google Analytics, it loads only after you accept analytics cookies in the banner. Our cookie policy explains this in more detail.

Who we share it with

Your information is stored on our website hosting and in our business email. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our hosting, email and CRM providers, and only for the purposes above. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we are in contact with you and for up to two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we have a legal reason to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop using it. Depending on where you live, laws such as the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law, the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law or the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation may give you further rights. Email info@arctore.com and we will reply within 30 days.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the bottom of this page.
